1. SPONSOR:
This Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by City Cast LLC, located at 1812 N. Moore St., 21st Floor, Arlington, VA ("Sponsor"). This Sweepstakes is in no way endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Google, TikTok, or any other social media platform, if applicable.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:
The Sweepstakes begins at the start date and time indicated on the entry form and finishes at the end date and time indicated on the entry form. Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER:
Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by the methods designated on the entry form, and are limited to the number of entries per person designated on the entry form Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not adhere to the rules will be disqualified.
5. PRIZES:
Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified with a week of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
7. PUBLICITY:
By participating, entrants grant the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any prize.
10. PRIVACY:
Personal information collected during the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://citycast.fm/privacy-policy.
11. GOVERNING LAW:
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
12. WINNER LIST:
For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to City Cast Sweepstakes, 1812 N. Moore St., 21st Floor, Arlington, VA 22209 within one week after the Sweepstakes ends.
